• Refund Eligibility:

  • Before Service Begins: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
  • After First Consultation: If you’re not satisfied after the first consultation, you can request a 50% refund or opt for a free revision of the services provided.
  • No Refunds: No refunds are available after the completion of all scheduled sessions or once the final deliverables (e.g., LinkedIn profile, elevator pitch) have been provided.

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

• Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of significant delays or service issues on our end, refunds or additional sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
